Garmin has just launched a new series of its popular Instinct 3 smartwatch, aptly named the Supernova Collection. This limited-edition lineup brings a cosmic touch to the rugged wearable, with each of the four models sporting striking blue accents inspired by space. These unique new colorways are available in various countries, including the US, UK, and the Netherlands.
The Supernova Collection offers a fresh aesthetic without changing the core functionality or price of the original models. This means you get the same durability and advanced features you’d expect from the Instinct 3, but with a bold new look.
Pricing and Models in the Supernova Lineup

The Instinct 3 Supernova Collection includes a model for each version of the smartwatch, and all are priced to match their standard counterparts. The Instinct 3 45 mm AMOLED is now available in a Black with Bolt Blue/Black Band colorway for $449.99. For those who prefer a larger display, the Instinct 3 50 mm AMOLED comes in a darker Black with Black/Bolt Blue Band for $499.99.
The collection also features solar-powered options. The smaller Instinct 3 45 mm Solar model is a predominantly white watch with a Whitestone with Whitestone/Bolt Blue Band, priced at $399.99. The larger Instinct 3 50 mm Solar has a white bezel with a mostly black strap, and is offered in a Whitestone with Black/Bolt Blue Band for the same price as the standard solar model.
Unchanged Features and Availability

While the look is new, the features of the Instinct 3 Supernova watches remain consistent with the original series. You can still expect an integrated flashlight, smartphone notifications, and multi-band GPS for precise location tracking. The watches also offer a wide array of health metrics and exercise logging, as well as convenient Garmin Pay for contactless payments.
As a limited-edition release, the Supernova Collection will only be available for a short time. While the exact number of units isn’t known, you can find them for purchase on Garmin’s official online store and at major retailers like Amazon in both North America and Europe. If you’ve been considering an Instinct 3 and love the new color scheme, now is the time to grab one before they’re gone.
