Garmin is sending out a fresh software update for its Instinct 3 and Instinct E smartwatches. The new stable update, version 14.15, fixes a few annoying bugs to make the devices run much more smoothly.
While it is not a massive update with brand-new features, it solves some specific display and security issues that users were facing.

For those using the Instinct 3 Solar, the update also fixes the same heart rate screen glitch, ensuring your data looks clear and correct.
