Garmin has started rolling out a new beta software update, version 15.16, for several of its popular smartwatches. This latest patch is available for owners of the Instinct 3, Instinct E, and Crossover AMOLED models who are enrolled in the company’s beta testing program.
Performance Tweaks and Bug Fixes
The update focuses on fixing a couple of minor bugs to make the overall user experience smoother. According to Garmin’s official release notes, the main changes include:

Smoother Glances: Fixed a bug that caused the glances list to lag or freeze while scrolling.

Accurate Weight Tracking: Resolved an issue in the Strength workout app where weight numbers would show up incorrectly when editing a finished set.
How to Get the Update
If your watch hasn’t downloaded the update automatically, you can trigger it manually right from your wrist. Just open the Main Menu, go to Settings, select System, tap Software Update, and choose Check For Updates.

- Added support for Xero range sensor data in the Applied Ballistics app (Tactical only).

- Added ability to view obstacles list in Obstacle Racing post activity summary.
Solar/E only:
- Fixed dog pointer direction in DogTrack glance.
- Fixed issue where CIQ data field was obscured.
- Fixed issue where watch face data field could be blank in some languages.
