Garmin is getting ready for a busy second half of 2026. While sales of its outdoor adventure watches slowed down slightly in recent months, the company confirmed that major product launches are just around the corner to turn things around.
What New Watches Are Coming Soon?
Although Garmin did not name specific models during its latest earnings call, recent software hints offer clear clues. Code found inside the Garmin Connect app recently revealed an unannounced Enduro 4 model under internal ID 5179.
The Enduro lineup typically follows a strict two-year release cycle. With the Enduro 2 launching in August 2022 and the Enduro 3 arriving in August 2024, an Enduro 4 release in late summer 2026 fits the pattern perfectly. Fans are also anticipating updates to the high-end Fenix series and the Marq lineup before the year ends.
Sales Take a Brief Dip Before Next Wave

Garmin’s Outdoor division saw revenue drop 2% to $483 million in the second quarter, largely due to slower sales of current adventure watches.
However, company leaders remain confident. Garmin expects full-year growth in the outdoor segment to rebound sharply as new products hit store shelves. Meanwhile, the standard Fitness division continues to thrive, jumping 25% year-over-year to $757 million.
Heavy Demand Causes Delays for the CIRQA Band
Garmin also gave an update on its new screenless health band, the CIRQA. Customer interest has dramatically surpassed Garmin’s initial forecasts, leaving the device sold out in many regions with delivery delays stretching from five to eight weeks.
Garmin CEO Cliff Pemble confirmed that high demand is creating a backlog, though the company is working quickly to fill orders. Garmin also clarified how software features work on the device:
-
Standard Features: All basic health, workout, and sleep tracking in Garmin Connect remain completely free.
-
Optional Subscription: The paid Connect+ plan is optional for users who want extras like AI coaching and detailed nutrition analysis.
What Lies Ahead for Garmin Wearables?
The popularity of the screenless CIRQA band shows that users want flexible ways to track sleep and recovery without wearing a large watch to bed.
While Pemble declined to confirm specific future gadgets—such as a smart ring or medical patch—he highlighted that Garmin is actively exploring new form factors and maintains a packed product roadmap for the years ahead.
My Take: Database Leaks Confirm the Big Hardware Wave
Garmin’s promise of a busy second half of 2026 is not just corporate spin—the physical evidence is already showing up behind the scenes.
Tracking international regulatory databases recently revealed several unannounced Garmin outdoor devices moving through compliance testing. On July 14, two sequential model numbers—A05419 and A05420—were officially registered in Indonesia’s telecom database under the “Outdoor Product” category.
Because Garmin registered two models side-by-side, it almost certainly points to a major line update coming in multiple case sizes or options, like a standard Fenix 9 and Fenix 9X. Adding model A05146, which surfaced just days prior, there are now at least three distinct outdoor sports watches fully built and undergoing final regulatory approvals. The paper trail shows hardware is ready for market, fully aligning with Garmin’s guidance for late-2026 releases.
