Garmin has started rolling out a new beta software update, version 15.18, for several of its popular smartwatches. This patch is now available for users running the Instinct 3 AMOLED, Instinct 3 Solar, Instinct E, and Crossover AMOLED models.
What Is Fixed in Version 15.18
This release focuses on fixing a bug in the watch’s power management system. According to the official change log, the update solves a problem where the watch showed an incorrect battery estimate while operating in Expedition mode. How to Download the Patch
If you want to install the beta version right away, you can check for it manually directly on your watch screen:

Open the Main menu on your smartwatch.

Select Settings, then go to System.

Tap Software Update.

Select Check For Updates to start the download.
